Senior Estimator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to develop accurate civil estimates for a wide range of Civil and Structural projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze and apply project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to create precise cost estimates.
  • Prepare and send out supplier and subcontract packages, negotiating with suppliers to choose the best option in accordance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the tender and construction team to establish the right construction methodology, program, and prepare project risks and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive tender submission documents with excellent writing skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or trade qualifications.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry and relevant field expertise.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
