About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to oversee the construction and delivery of materials to our sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and manage a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including Engineers, Project Managers, Advisors, and OHS Personnel to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and managed effectively
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role
  • A current C-class driver's licence
  • A valid Construction Blue/White card
  • The ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen
  • Relevant trade qualifications and tickets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this role starts at $100,000 upwards, dependent on the candidate's qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including
