Lead Educator for Student Wellbeing

The Junior School is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to lead the teaching staff in the development and delivery of a coherent pastoral care program.

This role involves leading the team in implementing the principles of the Science of Wellbeing, supporting student wellbeing, inclusion, student voice and effective partnerships. The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of early years students and suitable pastoral care programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the teaching staff in the development and delivery of a coherent pastoral care program
  • Supporting student wellbeing, inclusion, student voice and effective partnerships
  • Leading the teaching team in the implementation of the principles of the Science of Wellbeing

As a leader in this role, you will work collaboratively with other members of the school community to create a positive and supportive learning environment. We value teachers who have passion, life experience and know how to engage students in their learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have suitable tertiary qualifications, be registered to teach in South Australia or eligible to obtain registration, and have an understanding of and commitment to Christian education.
