Sydney Freelance Photographer Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Event Photographer to join our team on a casual basis. As a Freelance Event Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images at client events such as corporate events, small business promos, and launch parties.
You will work independently, focusing on shooting and providing high-quality photos. We provide the camera gear, handle logistics, and take care of post-production. Your role will involve:
- Capture candid and posed shots at scheduled events
- Follow a basic brief and shot list (provided before each job)
- Handle basic setup with provided camera gear
- Transfer RAW files after the shoot (via provided SD card or drive)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong eye for composition and lighting
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
- Comfortable working solo at small-to-medium events
- Flexible weekday availability (mornings or afternoons)
We offer competitive per-project pay based on shoot duration (typically 2-4 hours). Rates are discussed based on experience, with a typical range of $200-$300 per day.
