Job Title:

Finance Leader for ANZ and South Asia

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in our Finance team. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and planning across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with business objectives
  • Drive performance improvement by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Evaluate investments and build capital plans to achieve strategic goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to influence business outcomes and advise senior leaders
  • Present financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and enhance financial processes
  • Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
  • Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership skills with diverse, multi-country teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in tools like OneStream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, and Excel
