Assemble with Precision

We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our production team in Geelong, Victoria. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality Agricultural spraying equipment with precision and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Assemble a variety of Agricultural spraying equipment ranging from small 12 volt products to large custom truck sprayers.
  • Sub-assembly of basic components for spray units.
  • Test, diagnose and repair assembly faults.
  • Ensure a safe and organised work environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role.
  • Experience using both hand and power tools.
  • Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. A mechanical background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace health and safety practices.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset.
