Product Design Lead Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead trend analysis and product innovation, creating high-performance, functional, and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead trend analysis by proactively researching emerging trends in fabrications, construction techniques, technology, trims, and accessories.
  • Translate trend insights into design concepts that align with brand positioning and customer needs.
  • Design and develop product lines that meet requirements, ensuring functionality, performance, and market relevance.
  • Conduct critical reviews of existing products to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Create detailed technical specifications to support accurate and efficient product development.
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct fitting appraisals, ensuring optimal fit and quality across product ranges.
  • Manage timelines, striving for continuous improvement in speed-to-market.
  • Communicate progress clearly across teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
  • Ensure product compliance through rigorous wearer trials, quality testing, and risk assessments.
  • Design cost-effective products by optimizing materials, construction methods, and design efficiencies.
  • Oversee sampling and testing phases to ensure product viability and performance standards are consistently met.

This role requires a strong understanding of product design principles and ability to lead trend analysis and product innovation. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for creating high-performance, functional, and commercially viable products that meet customer needs.
