High Performance Software Solutions Designer

In the cloud native technology space, we're seeking an experienced software architect to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be designing and building scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet project requirements and adhere to company standards.
We value expertise in backend server development with proficiency in a modern programming language such as Go, TypeScript, or Python. Familiarity with additional backend languages like Java, C#, or Rust is advantageous. You'll also be working with container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Nomad, or Docker Swarm, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Ongoing maintenance of existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Active engagement in hands-on coding and development ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams communicating technical concepts and project updates.
- Providing technical leadership guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering focusing on scalable system design and development.
- Strong experience in backend server development with proficiency in a modern programming language.
- Familiarity with additional backend languages like Java, C#, or Rust is advantageous.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms and infrastructure as code tools.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
