Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to join our school community. As an ideal candidate, you will have a teaching philosophy that aligns closely with our educational vision of maximising the potential of all students.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their physical, social, academic, and emotional development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will be self-reflective, willing to work as part of a collaborative team, and committed to ongoing professional development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students
  • Create safe and inclusive learning environments that promote student well-being and engagement
  • Use data-driven instruction to inform planning and meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve student outcomes
Requirements:
  • Holds a relevant teaching qualification and registration
  • Is an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or has a valid visa with relevant work rights
  • Achieves a Working with Children Check before commencing employment
  • Consents to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtains a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit

  • A high-level appreciation of how to use data to address student needs effectively
