About the Role

As a Patient Food Services Assistant (FSA), you will play a vital role in contributing to a positive dining experience for patients at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Your key responsibilities will include meal preparation, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

This is a Full-time vacancy, requiring availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with food safety rules to maintain high-quality food and cleanliness standards.

- Assist in preparing and assembling meals to meet patient expectations.

- Store food properly and monitor temperatures to ensure freshness.

- Maintain a tidy kitchen by cleaning dishes and work areas.

- Collaborate effectively with the team to share ideas for improvement.

About You:

- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately.

- Capacity to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with food safety practices.
