Assistant Clinic Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Manager at our Queen Street location. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clinic and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding employees to excel in sales and the Laser Clinics way
  • Cultivating a positive, high-performance culture
  • Expertise in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut products
  • Developing your team's expertise in specialised product knowledge
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients
  • Assisting in clinic operations including rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures
About You:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced Therapist
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
  • Management experience highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team culture
  • Experience in advanced Laser and skin treatments desirable
