The Quality Management System is a critical component of our operational excellence strategy.

Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in driving continuous improvement and upholding our reputation for quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, as well as developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and related regulatory frameworks.

  • We are seeking an experienced mechanical tradesperson with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.
  • This individual will be responsible for creating and updating quality policies and procedures, building relationships with managers, employees, regulators, and industry representatives, and reviewing legislative and company requirements to maintain compliance.
  • A key focus area for this role is monitoring the Quality Management System, addressing non-conformances, and driving continuous improvement through effective Root Cause Analysis and corrective action.
About You

You are likely a skilled professional with experience working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and delivering reliable results. You possess excellent digital tool proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365, and have a certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

You also have knowledge of Ex FLP legislation and standards. To excel in this role, you should be able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and drive results-oriented solutions.
