Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing world-class service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay with us.

The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term growth and eager to build a rewarding career with our organization. You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.

  • Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
  • Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

What Makes this Role Exciting?

This full-time role primarily involves afternoon and evening shifts, typically rostered between 3pm and 11pm. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Be the face of our organization, providing warm and welcoming hospitality to our guests
  • Work effectively as part of a busy team, communicating clearly and maintaining high levels of professionalism

Requirements

  • Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or a similar booking system
  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including responsibility for cash handling and reconciliation as part of daily operational duties
