Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support consumers' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena Healthcare and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
