About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Supervisor to join our Events team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise site work, personnel, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Develop and review Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Risk Assessments.
  • Train and mentor staff on project sites.
  • Support toolbox meetings and other project communications.
  • Implement project-specific health, safety, and environmental plans.
  • Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
  • Capture project works in a detailed diary and communicate with the project team.
  • Notify the Project Manager of variations and delays.
  • Support negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance prior to starting works.
About You

  • Team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Dependability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements include a Construction White Card and a current driver's license. Working at heights, forklift, scissor, and boom lift licenses are desired. You must also be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Work assessment.
