Leading Project Manager for Accounting and IT Projects

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-impact projects at the intersection of IT and accounting.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to shape project scope, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end delivery of accounting and IT-related projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to map out project scope, milestones, resource needs, risks, and measurable success outcomes.
- Support development and rollout of training, documentation, and support frameworks for staff impacted by system/process changes.
- Monitor and report on project outcomes and realisation of expected benefits.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent).
- 5+ years experience in project management roles within an accounting, finance, or professional services firm.
- Proven ability to deliver IT and operational projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of accounting workflows, compliance cycles, and client service models.
- Ownership of high-impact projects that drive positive change in the lives of our clients and people.
