A process plant is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Support Specialist for a short-term project to assist with general site cleanup and handyman work in preparation for an upcoming stakeholder visit.

Job Summary

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing temporary maintenance support services to ensure the plant's facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • General site cleanup and housekeeping
  • Minor repair and installation work (e.g., tightening screws/bolts)
  • Paint touch-ups on plant and equipment
  • Line marking for walkways and safety zones

Requirements:

  • Able to work safely and follow instructions
  • Capable of working independently without constant supervision
  • Preferred: Current Working at Heights (WAH) and Confined Space Entry (CSE)
  • Experience working around a process plant
  • Holding 5 or more applicable High Risk Work Licences is highly regarded

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 5-7 skill level (handyman level with at least 12 months of relevant experience)
  • Self-starter with a practical, hands-on approach
