Key Responsibilities- Provide critical care services to patients in a hospital setting
- Assess and manage patient conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological cases
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Degree in medicine or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate training in intensive care or critical care medicine
- Proven experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Travel and accommodation provided for shift work
- 10-hour mixed shifts, 1:4 on-call cumulative arrangement
