Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Manage a team of professional electrical, instrumentation, and control engineers across SA, Vic, and QLD.
- Manage and forecast resources, work priorities in a dynamic and busy working environment and report the status to senior management.
- Manage team's performance through planning, competencies, and innovative designs.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture within E&I engineering practices and challenge the status quo.
- Establish strong collaboration with peers and other team leads to support a safe and smooth project delivery and working environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and admitted to corporate membership of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, RPEQ, and RPEV.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering in the energy infrastructure industry.
- Leadership capabilities (ability to develop, lead, and maintain a high-performing team).
- Excellent coordination and well-developed communication and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in project management and resource planning.
