**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, online research, and industry events.
  • Utilize outbound strategies, such as cold calling and email campaigns, to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Execute effective outbound campaigns to engage with prospects, creating awareness of Buildxact's solutions and identifying opportunities for further discussion.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass on potential opportunities to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer feedback to enhance the sales and overall company strategy.
  • Effectively communicate Buildxact's value proposition to potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Enthusiastic and persistent in pursuing leads and achieving targets.
  • Exerts and ongoing effort to learn and analyse successes and losses.
  • A genuine team player and effective influencer of others to get things done.
