Role Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics for heritage fieldwork programs.
  • Coordinate contractors to ensure effective delivery.
  • Pre-plan requirements for successful program execution.

You will drive continuous improvement across heritage logistics processes.

This enables streamlined delivery of end-to-end fieldwork activities.

  • Drive management of heritage accommodation demand.
  • Evaluate logistical pathways with constraints.
  • Identify trends in cultural heritage accommodation no-shows and escalate for resolution.
  • Forecast vehicle demand and heritage survey demand.
  • Enable monthly reporting of hours worked for Traditional Owner Partnerships.
  • Support adherence to C7 aviation standards for helicopter-assisted surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with annual audits and C7 usage reporting.
  • Coach and mentor coordinators.
  • Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions and stakeholders.
