Engineering Leadership Role

This is a leadership position responsible for directing a team of engineers, overseeing operational and compliance activities, and ensuring maintenance work aligns with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to foster accountability and motivation within their team, and a deep understanding of organizational goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new engineers, ensuring seamless integration and training.
  • Developing action plans to ensure maintenance schedules are met in line with company targets.
  • Ensuring compliance tasks, such as safety inspections and equipment testing, are completed accurately and on time.
Work Environment

A fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive leadership, with a mix of office-based and field-based work.

May require travel to operational sites.
