About The Division Network Design and Integration delivers transport priorities through the planning, development, and maintenance of an integrated pipeline of projects and strategic initiatives that provide safe, efficient, and sustainable outcomes to all Victorians.
About The Role This is a fixed-term position leading a key strategic initiative focused on improving the efficiency and reliability of regional rail services. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams drawn from DTP, V/Line, and external experts, and play a pivotal role in engaging and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, departmental leaders, and transport ministers.
The role requires strong program management skills, demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, and experience delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary degree in economics, public policy, business, or other relevant discipline. Certification in improvement, project, and change management methodologies will be well regarded.
