Compliance Professional Role

This is a key position in our Risk and Compliance team, where you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance, incident and breach management within the Australian financial services industry. They will also have a strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory obligations, frameworks, and the relevant industry codes that impact service offerings and solutions.

  • Provide expert compliance advisory services and support on compliance incidents and breach reporting particularly in respect of superannuation, investments, financial advice, administration, insurance, privacy and AML/CTF incidents.
  • Undertake compliance assessments of compliance incidents to support the regulatory breach assessment processes.

The role will provide compliance advice on regulatory requirements to ensure the organization operates in compliance with its policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:
  • Experienced compliance or legal professional with exposure in regulatory compliance, incident and breach management within the Australian financial services industry.
  • Experience working in or providing services to a regulated financial services organization, with a strong understanding of regulatory obligations in particular superannuation, investments, administration, advice, and insurance broking and the ability to interpret and apply associated legislative requirements.
