About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Australia operations as a Technology Systems Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of critical systems, including fleet management systems, machine guidance systems, and in-pit networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission fleet management systems and machine guidance systems
  • Ensure all installations comply with Thiess standards and guidelines
  • Debug systems prior to go-live and ensure necessary hardware and consumables are available
  • Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on OEM sensor system interfaces and machine health channels
  • Identify system improvements through auditing, training, and system support processes

About You

You will have a trade qualification or university degree in electrical engineering, communications, or a relevant field, and demonstrated experience in fleet management systems, communications, and in-pit networks. You will also have high-level relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
