About the Role

Hastings Deering is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Mining Technology Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to achieve their technology targets.

You will collaborate with industry leaders on a variety of Mining Technology Solutions Projects, working closely with customers to help them realise full value from mining technology. Your expertise in implementation and deployment of operational technology solutions will be essential in advancing sustainability within the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and deploy operational technology solutions to improve mining operations
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technology needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work with project management reporting tools and systems to ensure project delivery on time and to budget
  • Provide technical documentation and support to customers
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions to improve mining operations
What You'll Need
  • Relevant experience in implementation and deployment of operational technology solutions
  • Knowledge of mining processes and how technology can be applied to deliver higher productivity and safer operation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with project management reporting tools and systems
