Warehouse Operator Job Description

Action Workforce is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team in Erskine Park, NSW. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for performing general warehouse duties, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and operating a high reach forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all general warehouse duties, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and operating a high reach forklift.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals.

Requirements:

  • Valid LO or LF license.
  • 6 months experience on the LF/LO and a knowledge of general warehousing duties.
  • Full Week Availability - Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends for overtime when required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude to contribute to an already great site culture/morale.
