Water Infrastructure Manager

The Civil Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the Planned and Reactive Civil Maintenance team based at our Arundel office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Supervisors, Engineers, and field staff delivering maintenance works.
- Oversee work order management, resource planning, and monthly claims.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contract standards.
- Drive workflow and process improvements across civil maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cost control, reporting, and safety outcomes.
This role involves overseeing end-to-end delivery of civil maintenance activities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and community outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong skills in work order and subcontractor management.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and claims.
- Proven ability to optimise workflows and manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative and safety-focused approach to leadership.
