Job Title: Customer Support Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued mining customers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our mining customers.
• Assist with planning and execution of major maintenance events by liaising with relevant site representatives.
• Collaborate with the Service and Parts departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Attend customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum mechanical or electrical trade qualifications.
• Proactive awareness and commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and self-organization skills.
• Ability to provide technical advice on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
