Commercial Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in medium-large scale commercial disputes, advising a diverse client base including corporates, high-net-worth individuals and international clients conducting litigation in Australia.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of high-stakes commercial disputes in superior courts including shareholder conflicts, corporate fraud and regulatory disputes.
In parallel, you will be involved tax controversy, including disputes with the ATO, administrative reviews before the ART, and litigation in the Federal Court.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong understanding of Australian commercial law and court procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
