As a Fashion Retail Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a retail strategy to build a client network in the CBD, managing day-to-day operations, and developing your talented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and styling expertise
  • Develop and maintain VIP relationships, including after-sales service and outreach strategies

  • Drive personal and team sales through client interaction, product knowledge, and styling to hit and exceed set KPIs

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Retail Manager who has a desire to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves leading and working within a team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, direct customer service preferred
