Sales and Marketing Coordinator Role

Our Vision Care team has an opening for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide coordination expertise to the sales and marketing function. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of professional marketing events and manage healthcare compliance processes.

This position requires strong office administration skills, exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Manage conference event management with industry bodies, including conference collateral management;
  • Coordinate healthcare compliance event documentation, including event setup and post-event documentation;
  • Manage professional marketing roadshow event management and international speaker logistics;
  • Handle purchasing process requirements, invoicing, purchase order management, and purchase system management;
  • Maintain financial and expense records, travel arrangements, and office supply ordering;
  • Support administrative components of compliance requirements, including copy clearance process and healthcare compliance;
  • Manage incoming communications, maintain calendars, and arrange meetings and events.

Key responsibilities include managing events, handling purchasing processes, and maintaining records. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills, sound task prioritisation, problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
