Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for young children.

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of centre-wide events and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in an early childhood setting is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Benefits:

Schedule:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with rotating roster shifts.
