Job Summary
This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive legal excellence within our APAC Legal team, working closely with the Head of Legal APAC and other senior executives. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you'll contribute valuable viewpoints, shape our business strategies, and navigate key areas of law, including the Australian Corporations Act, privacy laws, and intellectual property law.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for drafting, advising, and managing client legal disclosure documents for our CFD and stockbroking businesses, as well as providing strategic legal support to multiple teams. Your expertise in mentoring and developing junior legal talent will also be highly valued.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll require a strong background in commercial law, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Your experience in the financial services and tech industry is essential, along with a proven track record of managing junior lawyers and driving legal excellence.
