Job Description

As a Senior Workplace Relations Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to practice across our employer workplace relations and disputes practice groups. You will be responsible for client-facing activities, such as fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

You will also supervise junior lawyers, provide strategic advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters, and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in employment law/workplace relations
  • Experience in both advisory and litigation roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills: commercial and strategic
  • Ability to provide solution-based responses to client issues
  • Tech literacy: comfortable with change and able to adapt to new technologies
  • Proven leadership skills: able to motivate and manage teams
  • Able to meet job and client deadlines
