Job Details

This is a part-time role with ongoing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll in line with Health Industry Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and internal policies and procedures.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Provide expert advice on payroll matters.
  • Guide staff on EBA entitlements.
  • Coordinate payroll reports.
  • Manage data entry and filing.
  • Troubleshoot issues.
  • Coding leave forms.
  • Generating reports through Pay Global and RosterOn.

Our Location

We are located in Wangaratta, a town with a population of approximately 30,000. Our catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast. We have easy access to Melbourne and Albury airport with direct flights to major cities.
