Job Overview

Northeast Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join their team.

  • This role involves the accurate and timely processing of payroll in line with Health Industry Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and internal policies and procedures.
  • You will work closely with managers, leadership, and external bodies such as Centrelink, the ATO, Salary Packaging providers, and WorkCover to ensure all payroll operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on payroll matters
  • Guiding staff on EBA entitlements
  • Coordinating payroll reports
  • Managing data entry and filing
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Coding leave forms
  • Generating reports through Pay Global and RosterOn
