Job Opportunity: Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our project delivery team as a Site Operations Specialist.

  • Support the project team in managing design development, ensuring design specifications are met
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement project methodologies and construction programmes, aligning them with the overall project plan
  • Provide technical oversight to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship and material quality
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting both the Site Manager and Project Manager in site and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying, or trade qualifications with significant construction experience
  • Prior experience in the industrial and multi-level tower sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles, and project delivery methods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
