Operational Efficiency Specialist

This is a dynamic and progressive role that supports the Manufacturing Manager in managing daily operational tasks.
The role involves streamlining workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting audits to drive continuous improvement across the site.
- Lead process improvement projects
- Collaborate with WH&S and CI teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Prepare documentation for audits and operational reports
- Maintain accurate records and support data integrity
This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, a high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or administration coordination, ideally in manufacturing, and a proactive team-oriented mindset.
