Key Engineering Leadership Position

About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers building data infrastructure, backend services, and clients to capture and connect behavioral analytics and system telemetry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the design and evolution of scalable event ingestion and processing systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are impactful and reliable.
  • Foster a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams focused on data platforms and backend infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, event processing, or analytics pipelines.
  • Ability to coach engineers across both frontend and backend, and guide architecture decisions.
