Tax Consultant

We are seeking a skilled tax professional to join our Deal Advisory Tax team in Perth.
The successful candidate will work on high-profile transactions across various industries, including resources, private equity, infrastructure, property, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax due diligence for clients.
- Provide structuring advice on deal structures and fund structures.
- Review transaction documents and tax models.
- Manage post-deal integration and correspondence with the ATO and FIRB.
- Tax professional with transactional experience or a passion for M&A.
- Strong tax technical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and supervise and mentor team members.
