We're seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Guest Services Officer to join our team

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful natural setting, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring high-quality service for all Park users.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Cleaning and maintaining facilities to a high standard
  • Providing administrative support, including computer literacy and data entry
  • Assisting with gardening tasks and outdoor work

You'll be working independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is essential.

Requirements
  • First Aid Level 2 certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
  • Working with Children's Check SA or equivalent (within the last 3 months)
