About the Role

The One Identity Tech Lead will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to deliver identity and access management solutions that protect our clients' critical systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of One Identity solutions to support our clients' identity and access management strategy
  2. Provide technical oversight and guidance to the team, ensuring solutions are delivered to a high standard and aligned with best practices
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  4. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the identity and access management landscape, including new technologies and approaches
  5. Mentor and develop more junior members of the team, sharing your technical expertise and industry knowledge
  6. Ensure robust security controls and governance processes are in place to protect our clients' organizations

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in identity and access management solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of the One Identity suite of products and a proven track record of successful implementations
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop more junior team members
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
