Technical Lead - Power Platform (Power-Apps) At LTIMindtree, we have developed a holistic all-in-one tool that lays the foundation to embark on an App build-out journey at an enterprise level using the Power Platform ecosystem.
The tool ensures that the enterprise stays on course in the app build lifecycle by providing integrated guard rails through a systemic approach.
This tool focuses on Governance, Review, and Dashboarding.
We're seeking a skilled Technical Lead to lead the front-end development of our Microsoft Power Apps Portals, focusing on creating seamless, accessible user experiences.
This role involves building and customizing UI components, integrating with Dataverse and Dynamics 365, and automating workflows.
The Technical Lead is a Program-level strategic role; it's a hands-on Engineering Lead role who drives Technical excellence through deep knowledge of MS Power-Platform (Power App, Power Pages, Power Automate) and brings Power Platform's industry-best practice to thought-lead technical streams of work.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions (model-driven Power Platform) with a focus on creating modern, user-friendly interfaces.
Ability to be a technical bridge between business requirements and technology design; and lead Sr.
Engineers and Engineers through Portal development.
Lead conversations with Microsoft and any other 3rd party product providers to ensure best-practice product features are implemented in the technical design.
As required, influence product partner road-map through product functionality gap identification and positive influencing (to minimize custom-code build).
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Power Platform applications.
Guide the project towards incremental, high-value releases in line with Agile delivery methods; and ability to translate tech-speak into business showcases to demonstrate progress.
Qualifications: Total experience of 15+ years and at least 3+ Years experience as a Senior or Lead Engineer – Microsoft Power Platform.
Must have worked in a hands-on technical capacity in 2 projects based on model-driven Portal development project based on Power Platform.
Strong understanding of how business applications are developed with Power platform with MS Dataverse, Dynamics CE, and Dynamics Fin&Ops.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
MSDynamics CE and MSDynamics Fin&Ops project implementation experience will be highly regarded.
