Job Overview:

We are seeking a Property Services Coordinator to support the Engineering Manager in overseeing daily operations of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including lease administration, invoice processing, and arrears management.
  • Support contract and contractor management.
  • Assist with tenant liaison and requests.
  • Contribute to risk and compliance management.
  • Collaborate with the site team on initiatives such as sustainability projects, events, and tenant engagement.
  • Support management of JLL risk and compliance systems.
  • Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and quarterly reports.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in high-volume commercial property environments.
  • Familiarity with technology-based systems for operational efficiency.
  • Positive attitude towards meeting client needs and expectations.
  • Able to empathise with tenant needs and demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational, time management & administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
