We're seeking a dynamic Property Service Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers operational support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient performance and management of commercial properties in Sydney's CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading property services provider, where you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering customer-focused property services. You will assist in implementing our tenant engagement plan, building effective internal and external relationships, and providing exceptional service to our tenants.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for Voyager tenant files
- Liaising with tenants and feeding back to the team
- Assisting Property Managers on inspections
- Working closely with the marketing team
- Facilitating the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation
- Assisting with lease renewals and leasing activities
- Preparing monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable
- Issuing tenant rent review letters and verifying invoices

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Business or Property (preferable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
