
Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling plumbing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and schedule plumbing appointments and communicate job details with clients and the plumbing team.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintain client records, job sheets, and company documentation using business management software.
- Payments: Process customer payments.
- Inventory Management: Assist in ordering and tracking plumbing materials to ensure availability.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain and file compliance documents, safety records, and licenses in line with industry regulations.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing job progress reports and other key administrative documents as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with business management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
