Job Title: Sustainability & CSR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sustainability across the business, encompassing product sustainability, reporting and compliance, ethical sourcing, circularity and community initiatives.


  • The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, community and industry partners, as well as internal teams, to drive positive change.
  • They will support design and production to embed sustainability initiatives and achieve fibre/fabric transition targets.
  • Key responsibilities include driving circularity programs such as resale, rental, take-back and end-of-life solutions.
  • Additionally, they will develop and maintain sustainability policies, guidelines, and compliance systems.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sustainability, community impact and ethical sourcing within the fashion industry.
  • Experience working with suppliers to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of circularity concepts with hands-on experience implementing circularity programs is required.
