Investment Risk Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Risk Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of investment risk management services, ensuring the timely and effective identification and mitigation of risks associated with our investments. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investment managers, traders, and other relevant parties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of investment risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment risk management strategies and policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating or eliminating identified risks.
  • Collaborate with investment managers and traders to identify and manage potential risks associated with their portfolios.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting on investment risk levels and recommend actions to mitigate any adverse impacts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment managers, traders, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in investment risk management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
