Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers through regular communication and meetings.
  • Expand and retain a dynamic portfolio while mentoring junior professionals to achieve team objectives.
  • Oversee risk and insurance program renewals, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of major insurance categories and relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to building knowledge and driving efficiencies and innovation within the practice group.
  • Engage in industry events and client functions to build a robust professional network and effectively represent the organization.
